Good, crunchy, high fiber, whole grain bread. I wanna make it.

Have any recipe suggestions? I have a basic wheat bread recipe, but I’d like to use flaxseed and some whole grains, maybe wheat berries. Can I just add those in like raisins? Bonus points for not being dry as a bone.

I always add about a 1/4 cup of oatmeal (the real not instant stuff. I use honey instead of sugar in recipes if practical. Add any sort of fruit but watch water and sugar content - dough can get a bit wet. If fruit is sweet, I’ll cut back on sugar.

Parmesan / garlic bread. Freshly made is heaven and the smell comes back again when toasting. Hmmmm.
