While others might be trying to make big bucks with innovative solutions to everyday problems (vejazzling anyone?), it’s good that someone out there is actually trying to come up with humanitarian solutions for disaster zones.

A solid, permanent shelter that can be erected by two people with minimal skills and equipment in an hour and is ready to use the next day-outstanding.

That is cool stuff. By the way, I often pick up other people’s garbage when I’m out walking and stuff, so I try to make the world a better place, too. 
I really love this sticker and thought of it when I read what was said about making the world a better place. I heard about a so-called Department of Peace from Dennis Kucinich. To date there is no such thing, but a lot of people believe it could be possible
The concrete tent is a cool idea if you want permanent refugee shantytowns. They’re certainly an improvement on a tent as living quarters. But they’re too pricey for something temporary, and would anyone want to live in one for years? And I’m guessing you can’t break them down for re-use in a later disaster.
