I just started using Google Latitude because my GF just got an Android smart-phone. So far it has proven really useful when we’re meeting up - none of those “Where are you now” texts. I also like looking at my own location history so I have it on all the time. We both agreed, however, that being able to see where each other are all the time is a bit creepy. Easy you would think - just set “Sharing options” to “Hide location from this friend” but it doesn’t work 
. Shortly after setting it reverts to either “Share best available location” or “Share only city level location”, whichever was in operation before. My GF on the other hand has no problem blocking me. Surely this is a great potential privacy/security risk.
