He had a prettt great life really. I feel bad for his kids who are going to miss their dad, and for all the fans who will never get to see him perform again. He had a terrific presence on stage.

Grew up hating the slavish devotion fans had for that band (or any band, really), and honestly never cared for their music. It never seemed to hit hard enough or be soft enough for my tastes–however almost every other Canuck I know loves the band like nothing else, and it’s a very sad day for them (moreso to his family and friends).
53 is too young to go. Hope he went as peacefully as possible.
