It was not “When France was in danger of collapsing in 1956” it was “When the Franc was in danger of…”
Changes the whole meaning.
And why do none of the current rounds of the speech put in the part about Managua? Most likely cause it was time relevant. Well then note that. Stop try to pull off a 30 year old speech as something new.
