Is there any resources available on that rumor I’ve heard about the US and Russia researching ‘psi’ during the Cold War? From what I remember they supposedly found statistically significant phenomena but could never find a use for any of it. Sounds like an urban legend but there seemed to be some big names backing up the story.
The CIA paid for some research during the cold war. No positive results were achieved, and the whole thing was dropped.
