There probably isn’t anyone who doesn’t disagree that the ideal situation is to have as many people who love the kids to be involved with their lives. But, it’s the term ‘right’ that stops the process. ** Barnstormer’s ** story is heart-breaking, but the added mess of grandparents ability to sue, would only make a BIGGER mess than there is already.
