Or go for the half chicken cooked with lime juice, fried plantains and black beans & rice. Yum!

I’ve had that. I prefer the pork cooked in citrus (with white rice, black beans and fried bananas). It all depends on what you like, of course. Have you had the fried whole fish? It was good too.
