Ah, GREEN ACRES! I loved that show-it was almost surreal. Eddie Albert buys a broken-down farm, gets cheated by Mr. Haney, and manages to stay sane! Dop you remeber that priceless episode where Eddie applies for a law license at the county seat? The head of the bar askes him where he got his law degree-Albert tells him Columbia…and the guy says to him-“was that Columbia JUNIOR college”? A"Ain’t heard of it"…
And “Hooterville”…it was place in a time warp…remeber when Eddie informs the townspeople that they have to file income taxes? “Is Hoover still president?”
