Did anyone catch the Comedy Central presentation last night? (Not that they won’t reshow it a thousand times just this month) I haven’t laughed that much at a stand-up show in a long time. Behrendt always made me laugh with his old bit about cake. But this time around, no cake. However, the reality of growing older, his working as the token straight guy on the Sex In The City writing team and his transformation from would-be rocker to creepy old guy is laugh-out-loud funny. Catch it next time around.

I liked that part too! I was watching it thinking he’s a perfectly hip guy (late 30s myself) and then I did his thought experiment and realized what he meant. [John Lennon died was I was 12 and I thought, oh well, he career was over, after all he was 40. :eek: ] “I’m confiscating your studded belt; you’re 38!!”
I saw it also, without the mind altering substances and loved it. I’m in line to buy a Weezer day planner! This guy is great.
