Born and raised in NE Texas, so I used to do the peanuts n’ Coke deal, still do once in a while. Never cared a whole lot for Moon Pies, but I love those little Pecan Pies. Also Haagen-Daz Butter Pecan, and watching “Trauma Center” on TLC. Oh yeah, and love ganja. Helps me to forget how guilty I feel for smoking it…???
You have to let me feed you sushi in a graveyard to be in the video, hon. If you’re willing to do that, you can be in the video as far as I’m concerned…
I can top your Buffy the Vampire Slayer, by admitting to liking Angel as well. (Sometimes it’s actually better…).
Not enough?
Two words for ya… Dawson’s Creek.
Yeah. I’m addicted to it.
Still want more?
I recently started in on Gilmore Girls.
Hell, I’ve got a date tonight, and I made sure to set the VCR last night so I wouldn’t miss it.
I’m a 35-year old big hairy masculine guy, and I can’t get enough of this schmaltz…
mrvisible, I’m right there with ya – Tuesday nights I’m glued to my set watching the WB.
I’m afraid of watching that station any other night during the week for fear of getting hooked on another show. I watched ‘Popular’ the other night, and god help me, I enjoyed it…
Turkey pot pies
Kids magazines (when I go to the doctor’s office, I grab the Highlights and other ones like it instead of Redbook, Good Housekeeping and that ilk.)
Okay, I cannot believe that I am about to admit to these, in addition to all of the other admissions I’ve made in other threads:
I am a reality-tv junkie. I watch “Survivor II,” I own the DVD of the first “Survivor,” I watch “The Mole,” I even watch “Temptation Island.” And last summer, I even tuned in at least twice a week to “Big Brother.” I’m not saying all these shows are good, but I can’t help myself. It’s a sickness.
I watch “Roswell.” I watch “Charmed.” I have a real problem tonight, because “Survivor,” “Friends,” and “Charmed” are all on at the same time. I am pathetic.
There are two 80s stations where I live. Both are programmed into my car stereo.
I’m surprised that you people still speak to me.
I love visiting old cemeteries, new cemeteries, any kind of cemetery. They are so peaceful. One time while playing hide-and-seek in a dark graveyard, I was so comfortable that I fell asleep at the foot of a tombstone!
Golden Girls. Whenever I am channel-surfing and they happen to be on, I’ll stop and watch it.
This also happens with talk shows. They can be trashy or Oprah, but I’ll stop on those, too. It’s like watching a car accident on some of them…gruesome but I have to watch. It’s a sick fascination.
Bouncing on chairs, couches, and beds. Does anyone else do this? Not actual jumping, but I’ll leap and land rump-first on a piece of furniture to see if it’s comfy/soft/bouncy, etc… A few weeks ago my choir had a dinner at church, and I slipped into the parlor. It’s a very homey parlor with brand-new furniture, and well, I had to “try it out,” so I landed on all the furniture, letting out a contented squeak or sigh if I liked the feeling of it. Of course, no one was around, they would have thought I was crazy!
