I have to say while it makes sense from a business standpoint to compete with Rock Band like this, it kind of defeats the purpose of Guitar Hero in the first place, doesn’t it? I know Rock Band’s guitar is considered way easier than GH3 because it’s more set up for a group jam-out, so I hope this doesn’t affect the difficulty curve for Guitar Hero. I feel like Guitar Hero is better as a single-player game, while Rock Band is good for jamming with buddies. I don’t want to have to feel like I need to always jam multiplayer in Guitar Hero as well.
