Your favorite brands, specific pickups, what you like about them? I understand a lot of it has to do with what style of music you play, so that too. ^^
I play an ESP F-200 with EMG HZ pickups. Nice sound, especially with an Afterburner boost built in, but I plan to upgrade to an EMG 80/81 set when I have the money.
I’m planning on getting a stratocaster-style guitar at some point, so mainly I’m looking for recommendations on single-coil pickups, preferably with a good amount of sustain.
