Guns in the toys... how sick can these individuals be?

Weapons are tools. Some of the earliest tools in the archaeological record are weapons. I don’t understand this need you have to classify weapons as non-tools when they so clearly are tools

Arguably they are.

Yes, guns are weapons. They are also tools. The categories are not mutually exclusive.

Y’know, my first thought on reading this was that it was the work of one of those gun-grabbers who wants people to get used to the sight of guns, like those idiots who made the big show in Jack-in-the-Box. Yes, this would be a really stupid way to make that point, but then, the gun-grabbers tend to be stupid. It never even occurred to me that it might be someone opposed to guns.

Though I agree that, on second thought, a criminal trying to ditch evidence is much more likely.

They still have not found the person(s) responsible?

They have identified the last known owner of the gun and have a picture of the person of interest who was in the store at the time. Pictures in the link.

You clearly also don’t understand what it means when I say “stupid game of semantics” so there isn’t any point in telling you for a third time why that is a stupid game of semantics.

But they do at Walmart and Fleet Farm.

There is a 99% probability that the worst case scenario would have been a single round ripping through a pallet of bubblepacked jump-ropes and a crying child with the shit scared out of him. Real terrorists empty entire magazines of hollow-points in crowded places intending to hit human targets, and consider themselves lucky if they hit two or three vital organs. While thousands of kids are killed every year by drunk or inattentive or texting drivers. Why do we let a dog-whistle media dominate our fears this way?
