Ha-Lo

is the word omitted from the subject line of my earlier post:

This (“Ha-Lo”) is displayed on the wallpaper in many (perhaps most) Major League Baseball dugouts. Is this advertising? If so, what sort of product is it, and how could I go this long without knowing about it? More importantly, where can I go to get some Ha-Lo at a really good price?

Ha-Lo is one of the largest producers of promotional products in the US. They produce most of the promotional material (hats, stuffed animals, etc.) that is sold at the souvenier stands in ballparks.
