Hair products for a guy with dry grey hair?

I use Pantene now but wondering if I should try something else . My hair is not long. Looking for similar cost to Pantene.

I’ve switched to Head and Shoulders with Apple cider vinegar. They have several varieties, free from sulfates and parabens etc. that avoid drying out the hair.

Anecdotally I was buying OGX shampoos and our hair was thinning, not so much falling out a lot but hardly new growth. Chalked it up to aging. But I switched to H&S and a couple months later my hair has thickened up and I see new growth sprouting up again. Odd coincidence? Perhaps.
