I have a fragment of a memory and I was hoping someone can ID it. It was either a skit or a commercial with football players in a huddle. The QB was a real and famous QB and the rest of the players were kids. The QB would say a real play name and the kids would say, “Oh you mean…” and would have a weird name for the play. Finally at the end he just gives up and uses their name. The one I remember is the QB says something like, “Quarterback Sneak” and kids says, “Oh you mean Garbage Can” and the QB says, "Alright “Garbage can” and they run the play. The play was definitely Garbage can. Does this ring a bell for anyone else?
I don’t remember the part about the play names, but I recall a Peyton Manning skit from SNL where he is playing football with a bunch of kids and taking it WAY to seriously.
