Hamburgers on the grill

I learned from my friend** silenus** to mix Italian sausage into my hamburgers. I use two parts 85/15 ground chuck to one part ground spicy Italian sausage. I lightly season it before grilling with my own all purpose rub. When the burger is done I put a slice of Provolone cheese on it and let it melt. I serve it up on a lightly toasted bun and garnish it with Mancini tangy peppers n sauce
