It’s a great idea to hand outside doors to swing out. It virtually makes them impossible to kick in. Hint; protect the hinges .::
on a residence you likely would have a storm door to help save energy that would also swing out.

A steel vault door is virtually impossible to kick in, it’s just a matter of applied force of everything else.
Protecting the outside hinges or hiding the hinges in the doorframe would make a door more difficult to break open.
On the other hand, commercial building codes require that outside doors open outward in case of fire. Trying to pull a door inward while you’re being pushed forward by a scared mob is nearly impossible. Just a thought.
You can put any door you want but it won’t make the glass in your windows stronger.
My house has 8 windows at ground level. I’m not all that worried that someone is going to kick my front door in. They are much more likely to use a brick on a window, if they want in that bad.
