I might be misremembering, but didn’t the DVD come with two endings? One was the ending we saw in theaters, and the other was the ending from the book?
I liked the book. Not as much as Red Dragon and Silence though.
I think Foster had a problem with the ending and then the replacement actress had a problem with it.
