The staff has suspended Happy Poster for 30 days.
He received two warnings today for personal insults in MPSIMS. The first one is here, the second one is here. Last month he received a warning for insults directed at another mod while posting in IMHO. Aside from those warnings, Happy Poster has made a bunch of other posts recently that were not against the rules but which suggested he was having some kind of personal problem and needed a break from the board.
