Homer: He was a zombie?

At the end of Undead or Alive,

Luke and Elmer become unzombified by eating Sue, who was a descendant of the medicine man who started the zombie curse.

Surprisingly hilarious movie.

Madeleine in White Zombie

Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, where the Martian Reaper takes over the Earth and turns everyone into Zombies with his Billy-Powered machine I like pie. At the end the machine is destroyed and the world returns to normal.

You know what would make a good secondary character in an urban fantasy novel? A zombie trying to become an ex-zombie. You could play it for pathos. ETA: And she probably wouldn’t like the word “zombie”. It’s an undignified-sounding word, and she would rather not have people picture big-screen brain-munchers when they see her.

Does Jesus count?
