I clicked the option that included “confused” but I really think it sounds like Schizophasia or word salad, which is a psychiatric symptom. I would say the person was in need of some mental help and possibly medication.

See, I am a native English speaker and a great many songs on the radio and played off kids’ playlists sound like that to me anyway. I’ve generally given up trying to understand lyrics and enjoy them as if they were just another instrument devoid of any word meanings.
