Has anyone read "Cinnabar" by Edward Bryant?

How is it?
What’s it about, generally?
I read the one story “Jade Blue” in an anthology and was kind of curious about the rest of the book. I didn’t see any reviews on Amazon, though. Has anyone here read it?

No, but I met him at a convention in 2003. Cool dude.

There’s a review and description of Cinnabar here

Not the most user-friendly page I’ve seen, but the comments are worth some scrolling.

Read it back in the 1970s. Ask me anything. (I won’t remember, of course. All I remember is a chick called Tourmaline. I’ll go check to see if I’ve still got the paperback, or if it was one of the hundreds of books I lost in a fire back in 1986.)

Yes, I did read the book. And, I liked it. There were some strange things in it.

I’m sorry, but I just told you everything I remember about it; it was a long time ago.

I have it, but I haven’t read it. Jade Blue is the second of eight chapters and a quick flip through seems to indicate that the same characters appear throughout.
Don’t know if that helps at all.

One day I’ll read it…
