I don’t like to cook either (and I’ve never chopped a vegetable in my life
), but I do have 3 meals I can prepare and cook in under 15 minutes:

jacket potato (wash, prick and microwave in about 10 minutes), adding toppings such as cheese, ham, butter, baked beans etc.

omelette (I had to learn how to crack eggs
) takes only 2 minutes in frying pan (again add toppings) -
stir fry (I buy ready made ingredients) is pretty easy using a wok and a wooden spoon
