I just tried to look something up on Mitt Romney’s wikipedia page and it’s complete gibberish.
Maybe it’s just some glitch that’s affecting the (borrowed) computer I’m using. But other pages seem to be working. So I think it might be vandalism.
Looks OK to me. I don’t see any vandalism in the recent edits either. Think your computers done broke.

It’s almost certainly a character encoding issue. First off, try a hard reset on the page using Ctrl-F5. If that doesn’t work, look up how to change your browser’s “character encoding,” and make sure it’s set to UTF-8 for that page. (If your browser has an “auto” option, use that first.)
Yeah, that is almost certainly what is wrong.
But, how did it get like that?
As I said, it’s a borrowed computer. Somebody must have messed with the settings. It just seems strange it would affect one specific wikipedia page.
