I was in my car, listening to the classic rock station, when “Satisfaction” came on. Pushed another button, golden oldies station, and the exact same song was playing, not a half second difference between them. Weird! (Insert “Twilight Zone Theme” here.)I remember this happening once when I was a kid, too. On three stations at once, they were playing (of all things), “Woolly Bully”.
This is really more of a MPSIMS thing. I’ll move the thread there for you.
Yeah, that’s happened with me before. I remember when the Goo Goo Dolls’ “Iris” was huge, it once played nearly simultaneously on two different stations. There have been other instances, but that’s the only case where I remember the name of the song.
I don’t know if it’s weird or cool. Eh.
close but odder (IMHO) was channel surfing, caught TWO Paul Newman movies, and at the point where he and a group of people were in a perilous situation, being rescued by a helicopter, but it was TWO different movies~~~~~
Haven’t had exactly that happen, but I have been singing a song and turned on the radio where the same song was playing. That has happened to me 3 times.
Once, while driving, an 'Nsync tune came on and I hurriedly pushed a button to change the station. I ended up in the middle of a commercial advertising that Imodium AD was on sale at Sav-On’s Drug Store.
Coincidence? or…
