30 Rock’s Jack Donaghy considered people who wear glasses “lesser beings” (along with curly-haired men).
I was trying to remember an Archie quote, where they were talking about religious proselytizing. He said something like: “That’s the nice thing about the Jews- they don’t want you.” 
He claimed that he did in BB but in BCS it was reconned to be for a different reason.
IIRC in BB he told Walter White that people who were looking for a lawyer wouldn’t hire a “McGill” - they’d want a member of “The Tribe” so to speak.
In BCS it was created as a a play on words, “*(I)t’s all good man”
I too saw that episode the first time it aired. My not completely reliable memory says there was a beat there, they excised sound of the vowel, but they didn’t cut the whole syllable. To me it sounded like he kind of choked on the word “God” so that it was mostly gone but you could tell what it was. I couldn’t believe at the time that they would have scripted that, so I thought that maybe O’Connor was carried away in the moment.
As for the rest of your assertions about how the show has been edited in recent years, and realizing this is only CS and not FQ, I’m not convinced that there has been any widespread editing strictly for content rather than to increase advertising minutes.
When Liz went on a firing spree to derail a romantic rival, Donaghy remarked, “You went all chicken-killer over a boyfriend? And you still think the next president should be a woman?
And of course there’s the classic moment whose winking subtext is “Jack’s not Archie Bunker, but we’re dancing awfully close to that line”:
JACK: The television audience doesn’t want your elitist, East Coast, alternative, intellectual, left-wing…
LIZ: Jack, just say “Jewish” - this is taking forever.
I don’t get it. I grew up on Long Island which is very Jewish and they still primarily vote Republican (as do Long Islanders west of Queens). Archie would have agreed. And still be voting straight-republican.
It’s more that Liz (and the episode’s writer) is nodding to the stereotypical brand of Jew who writes for television. There’s also an echo of Alvy’s line in Annie Hall:
The rest of the country looks upon New York like we’re left-wing, Communist, Jewish, homosexual pornographers. I think of us that way sometimes, and I live here.
I often think of Alvy Singer / Woody Allen that way. Yet, alas, I don’t live in NYC (or the country) no more.

Two things csn be true st the same time. There is no reason to disagree with you that some lines are deleted in order to accommodate longer commercial breaks, because it is probably true. But there are some specific words that have been removed and I don’t believe it is mere coincidence. You will not hear the n-word in an episode shown on broadcast or basic (commercial) cable channels. I mentioned the house goy comment that was removed from an episode I watched only yesterday. OTOH, the editing is inconsistent. Today I watched the first season episode where “Roger-belle” comes to visit. Archie uses the word fag 2 or 3 times, among other derogatory terms referring to gay men. That word, and its longer two-syllable form, is generally not used on commercial TV these days.
