When I was a very young I grew up learning three languages and apparently decided to mix them all together into one into something only I could really understand. It was enough of a problem that my parents decided to speak to me in only one language at home until I figured out that no, it wasn’t just one big language continuum, but three separate ways of communicating with appropriate venues for each. For some reason, neither of my siblings had the same problem.
Of course, being a nerd, and a Lord of the Rings fan, I have tried my hand at creating my own language with symbols and grammar, but getting distracted by other things in life before getting very far…
