This is the ad I found on a page here on the SDMB before I logged in. I’m posting this because although I’ve seen the film, I actually stopped and thought, “That’s got to be wrong. Dorothy McGuire didn’t write this. It was Betty Smith!” (exclamation point to show my outrage at that moment :smack:)
Are there any books or movies that part of your mind doesn’t really consider the “real thing” because of a previous work?
