Yes, I saw that, and agree, must say.

Good Westerns (IMHO) - The Life and Times of Judge Roy Bean and The Long Riders (where he did a solid job playing outlaw Frank James). The latter is interesting to me as a film where stunt-casting actually worked pretty well: the Keach brothers as the James brothers, the Carradines as the Youngers, the Quaids as the Millers, and the Guests as the Fords.

Missed those, having never been a western fan.
