No, but my parents have a dog called Hoover who can tell the time. He knows dinner time - every day, at quarter to five he starts hassling my mother, trying to get her to feed him early. At five she serves his dinner, and he gets that look, like he’s in doggy heaven as he gulps his meal. He is called Hoover because he eats so fast - it’s like feeding a vacuum cleaner.
I’ve heard of dogs that can predict epileptic fits, but neither of Mum’s dogs have ever shown the slightest interest in her even when she’s having an attack!
My dog mysteriously knows when I’m going to get up. He’s always right there on my bed, with his nose about two inches from my face, ready to lick my cheek when I open my eyes. Sometimes, he even senses that I’m not going to get up, and will proceed to lick my face whether I’ve opened my eyes or not. An amazingly smart dog.
