Canned peaches are bulky. A powdery substance (even if it’s in a jar labeled “cinnamon”) might raise concerns.
Cinnamon sticks! They don’t weigh much, and they don’t look like anything dangerous.
Who’s with me?
:smack: Too late to edit. Of course sending anything to NBC regarding Deadwood is just plain silly.
HBO’s address is 1100 Avenue of the Americas, NY 10036.
To respond to archiveguy: I remember the Fox series “Alien Nation” starring Gary Graham and Eric Pierpoint was canceled after one season with the final episode being a cliff-hanger. Several TV movies were produced through the 90’s with the original cast and characters.
Well, I reckon I of all people might have to do this.
In any case, for those that are new to the show, check this out (definitely NSFW, link broken): http: //www.youtube.com/watch?v=f31PLcCXD0U
ETA: *Farscape *was canceled, then came back with a TV movie/miniseries thing later.
Or send a head in a box! The head of HBO could ask it questions … like, “Where have all our interesting shows gone?”
Jane: “Well, join the fucking club of the rest of us.”
Damn, that show has fantastic dialogue, seriously.
Thanks for posting that link, Unauthorized Cinnamon! That was hilarious!
I think I’m alone in that the pilot did nothing for me. The DVD sat for a couple of days before I finally got around to watching the next few episodes.
It definitely had to grow on me.
Nope not alone. I had the benefit of not catching the series until about epsiode 8 of season 1. I fell in love instantly. I didn’t see the pilot until I got the DVD set. The pilot is really weak in my opinion. If that had been my first exposure, I might not have tuned in to the second episode.
Nearly a year went by between the pilot and the second episode. The change is remakrable. Milch (and HBO probably) got a better handle on what he wanted in the series inbetween that time.
