"He won't dance—don't ask him"

I love going out and dancing, and I abhor structured dances. I tend to just move as the music dictates, and I would just feel stifled if I had to try to remember steps. I’m most at home in a goth club, not because I wear black all the time, but because of the ranges of emotions in the music… not many places you can go from Dead Can Dance to The Cure to White Zombie in the span of 15 minutes. And it’s the range of emotions that music can bring out that gets me on the floor.

It’s funny to me when I read all the posts about dancing for booty. When I’m dancing, I pretty well have the rest of the world shut out. The last thing on my mind is who’s watching me. Want to guess where I was the only times anyone has ever approached me?
