Headlamp Chevy Silverado 2008, not working..

I have a right side, head lamp that only shines on high beams. The low beam does not work.
Just today, the radio also stopped working.

All the fuses are in tact, so I bought a new halogen bulb. Upon removing the old bulb, i noticed it appears to still have a fresh filament.
So i replaced the old bulb, and again the new bulb does not shine on the “low beam” setting.

Any ideas what this could be?
I looked at the Headlamp Module Relay, in the fuse box, it appears to be normal.

Moved to IMHO.

Check the plug on the headlight, sometimes they get hot and loosen up. Jiggle the plug around and see if the headlight blinks or comes on.
