Top chrome part pulls out a little way, says “Planet from the sun” or something.
Nothing comes apart.
What do I do?

Does it work like a “childproof” medicine bottle cap, maybe? Press a little and turn?

Is it a mill that grinds up peppercorns, or just a shaker that you fill with already-ground pepper?
