Help changing the region on my Android phone

I moved from Israel to the states, and I am having problems installing some apps because Google Play Store says these apps are not available in my region. I have a Motorola G7 Android. I’ve looked for the region settings everywhere, and changed what I could. I still can’t download the apps.
Can someone lend me a hand here? I have exhausted all the possibilities I can think of.
