Help Check My BIOS Memory Settings

Hi folks, I could use some assistance!

The motherboard on my computer has never played well with the RAM I’ve put in it. It didn’t like the voltage on the first stuff, and then when I got it some 1.5v like it allegedly wanted, it automatically set it to 1.54v instead.

I fixed the voltage myself, and I verified that the timing was set to the recommended value of 9-9-9, but there’s a bunch of other stuff here that I just don’t understand. For example, if the timing is set to 9-9-9, why does it display the SPDs as 9-8-8 at the bottom? And should the tRASmin match between the setting and the datasheet?

If you could recommend anything else I should manually change from its current setting, I’d appreciate it!

Here’s what should be the relevant information:
Current BIOS settings
RAM datasheet [PDF]
System memory information for motherboard

if your RAM is labeled as DDR3-1333 (which it evidently is) then it should be able to run at the settings programmed in the SPD without any manual tweaking. If it can’t (especially on a hilariously conservative Intel board) then the RAM is defective.

I have stability issues that are *probably *caused by the motherboard or the processor, and I’m too lazy/cheap to troubleshoot which one. However, I want to absolutey ensure that the RAM isn’t causing any trouble, so that’s why I’m looking to get the most stable settings.

If anyone could also explain why certain things are different, or how that’s bad/good/irrelevant, that would also be helpful, 'cause right now they’re just magic numbers to me.
