So, I am trying to launch a new Facebook page to promote my eBooks. There is an option to “Promote Website” (i.e., a URL outside FB). Sounds rather straight forward at first, but is this the same thing as setting up a “Suggested Post”? And, does a “Suggested Post” bring people to my FB page, or my URL…or wherever I wish to bring them should they click on my “Suggested Post”?
Also, the pricing for this service is not intuitive. Some of the prices for this “Promote Website” have a number of clicks associated with them. Is this to say you get charged by the click? What about the smallest denomination with no number of clicks associated with it? 
Help me understand how this all works. Thanks!
