Hi all. I need someone with strong google-fu for this one. I read an article online some time ago describing the person who invented the Cuisinart demonstrating one. The demonstrator put a bunch of nut brittle in it and let it run for a long time.
The author described this process in detail.
Anyway, I’d like to read the article again as I just bought a new Cuisinart and would like to try this process but can’t remember the details. Can anyone help? Thanks.
