It was a poster or billboard for personal lubricants. The picture is a woman sitting on a dock, legs hanging over the edge, looking out to the bay. The pic is from the back. Along the dock are pier spaced evenly. Everything is normal except that the piers spacing place one right where the woman is sitting, evidently demonstrating the quality of the product.
