I like to do arty stuff and my favourite pencils at the moment are a set of Crayola Gel fx (12 pk) which I got from here:
They don’t have then in stock and I have been searching in vain to find somewhere else that sells them (and ships to Australia). I’m hoping that someone with a higher level of google-fu will be more successful than me.

FTR, Caran d’Ache and Derwent make better watercolor pencils, although they are more expensive.
The colour fx pencils are designed for drawing on black paper with extremely vibrant colours. I have watercolour pencils but they just don’t have the vibrancy.
Good luck! It’s so frustrating when you can’t find your favorite brand of art supplies. My favorite brand of (expensive) studio acrylics recently discontinued some colors and added new ones, and it’s driving me crazy.

I misunderstood, sorry. Looks like Crayola discontinued the Gel FX line, excet for the markers.
