If you’re telling people to not get vaccinated because you saw that someone on the internet compiled a list of “dead, youthful athletes” - a list that includes a 71 year old and that doesn’t pass any basic sanity check for relevance to the topic at hand - then it seems reasonable to hold you legally liable for damages that come from vaccine refusal.
The reason I have pet bats and pet pangolins is because they are cute, and I can’t be held responsible for what they do on their own time.
