Selling my house. Really I think I have marketing & getting the buyers in no problem (Real Estate is obscenely hot here).
Where I get bogged down is after: “OK I’ll buy it for X $” & I say “OK” … and then we stare at each other …
At some point I know we need to have a house inspection before we go to Settlement, but beyond these general ideas I’m totally clueless - as usual … anyone care to outline some next steps, or point out a book or website, for me?
I know some stuff will be state specific.
