      • I saw this cool book once. It was red.

  • Okay, really, a few years back there was a book about a black American who took a tour across Africa to make an asessment of its social conditions. Basically, he ended up saying that the whole place and most adults in it were rotten, one way or another. This book was fairly popular in conservative circles at the time; I remember it being offered in ads in National Review and The American Spectator magazines. I thought the title was “Back Into Africa”, but it’s not coming up on that. I seem to remember that the title was a negative play on the title of “Out Of Africa”, but can’t remember it now. Anybody know? - MC
