Help me find a cartoon

My memory is that it was possibly drawn by Mad Magazine cartoonist Sergio Aragonés. Possibly something like “A mad look at modern art.”

The cartoon depicts people in an art gallery looking thoughtfully at a piece of art, which is a single pedestal in a room with a lunch box on top of it. Then along comes a janitor and takes his lunchbox.

neat site but their ads ….yeesh …I got one for some porn game caked C**t wars so beware …….

I remember that cartoon too. It was probably late '60s–early '70s.

Here is every edition of MAD Magazine from #1 to #550. Good hunting!

What did you click on?!? :dubious:

I’ve clicked on the above link many times and have never seen an ad. Don’t see any now, either.

its some pop up ad …. I just got it again …. I don’t block ads or anything ….

Clicking on the link supplied by Terenti is probably not a god idea. It’s almost surely a non-legit piracy site and they commonly have pop-ups and malware.

That comic rings a bell with me too. I read bot Mad and Cracked when I was a kid, between '77 and '79 mostly. I’m thinking it may have been Cracked as their mascot, Sylvester P. Smythe, was a janitor.

Well, there you go. I have multiple ad blockers and have never had any problems with the site.

Since the site linked to by terentii is probably illegitimate and apparently serving up skeevy ads, I have removed the link.
