Google was no help. Can anyone identify this movie. It’s probably from the 1980s possibly the 1990s.
A man’s wife has been killed in a car accident while backing out of their driveway. This man is recruited by a time traveler (I think) to change some event. The man is a fan of the old west, which is when the event occurred (I think). He does change the past and in the end he is rewarded by being allowed to save his wife from the accident.
