Does anyone remember this story?
We had a thread a while back in which someone told a story about quitting their job. IT job, they were the manager/team leader, their team had been resigning in droves and not being replaced and they were being hammered for not reaching targets despite working insane hours. Finally half way in a meeting where they were being berated for the whole situation they got a call offering them another job, immediately accepted it, quit and walked out.
