Help me find this Cyberpunk Wizard of OZ story.

My google-fu has failed. I am weak… Help me dopers, you’re my only hope:

I thought it would be snap to find this story I remember from the early days of Usenet, which shows Dorothy jacking into cybersapace, a la William Gibson’s Neuromancer, and featured, iirc, an appearance by the wicked witch which had all the “mercury-tipped slug gatling guns in the bar spooling up” or some such. She was defeated, again iirc, by being splashed with a gnus/emacs user manual file.

I wanted to share it with a friend, but couldn’t find it anywhere. Can anyone here point me to a link?

Here’s a long shot:
Weird Heroes Vol. 5 “Doc Phoenix: The Oz Encounter” Marv Wolfman/Ted White/Steve Fabian, 1977.

This predates cyberpunk by a decade or so, and it’s the hero, Doc Phoenix, who jacks himself into somebody’s Oz-related dreams.
