help me find this restaurant in Tucson

I’m doing Google Street view and I think that I found it, but can’t figure out what it is called or if it is still in business. Here is a link that will take you to a Google Map street view, hopefully staring right at the wall. It’s a plain wall, with the word “Mexican” and a painting of a guy taking a siesta against a cactus. There is a door which is heavily barred (not a great neighborhood.)

If you turn around to look at the other side of the street you see the entrance to Old Town Artisans.

I remember a place that looked just like that, and we’d go in and get food and then eat on a bench in the shade at Old Town Artisans… The place itself was only open M-F for lunch time, and there was a line out the door, and inside just a cramped bit of standing room and you ordered at a counter and they gave you your food and you took it elsewhere. No seating at all. And they had AMAZING food. I don’t know if this is it or not… because for the life of me I can’t remember the name or exactly where it was, but this looks right.

Anyone in the Tucson area recognize this? They had the most amazing tortillas… at least 18" across and you could literally read through them they were so thin. You could buy bags of them in addition to your food.

This has been bothering me for years. Anyone? Anyone know? Or know what I’m talking about even if it’s not this? My memory is from the late 80s early 90s… Other things I remember are that there was a one way street nearby that had a tiny parking lot that if you were lucky, you could get a spot in.
